• Reservation requests are accepted 24 hours a day and can be made by completing the Request A Reservation form,  sending an email to [email protected] or phoning 212-734-5950. A Club staff member will respond to your request within 48 hours.
• Guest bedrooms are available as of 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 11:00 am.
• On arrival, please register at the front desk.
• Cancellations must be received by the front desk at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date in writing (fax or email), or a one-day charge will be imposed and the remainder of the reservation canceled. During holiday time, a five-day cancelation notice is required.

• Self-serve continental breakfast is available at an additional cost in the Balcony from 7:00 am to 11:30 am.
